Adult Felonies

There are no criminal charges pending against you in any court of this or another state, or in any federal court;
The conviction you seek to vacate was not a Serious Violent or Violent Offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030(37),(45);
The conviction was not a Crime Against Children or Other Persons as defined in RCW 43.43.830(5);
You have not been convicted of any new crime in this state or another state, or in any federal court since the date of you received your Certificate of Discharge;
The conviction was a Class B felony, and more than 10 years have passed since the date you were discharged;
The conviction was a Class C felony, and more than 5 years have passed since the date you were discharged.
