An Expensive Mistake

Many people who are charged with a DUI are generally honest, intelligent, hard working people who simply made a mistake. Although they may have had too much to drink, they still felt they were "okay to drive". Most people don't go out to a party or dinner with the intent of getting snockered and then driving home.
